Create readonly user for your cluster

Go to your cluster where you want to create user. your cluster > Settings > Users and click on create User ...

your cluster > Settings > Users and click on create User
Fill all the details and select role as ROLE_READ_ONLY
user will revived OPT on mail address which you have entered.
