Troubleshooting if a device is not adding on cloud.

If a client is facing an issue while adding/registering the device on the controller.

If issues are:-

Certificates are revoked after regenerating the certificate. 

SYMPTOMS- Certificate issue. 


Troubleshoot-
-Check device is registered or not on the hub cloud.

-Search devices on the Hub cloud using their MAc or serial number.


 – Check hub cloud history and validate the below points

   
1. View history

– Certificate not found error found

– Node state is Active.

2. View

– validate Hub URL,
– port
– Primary and secondary

Note- Change to correct addresses if wrong otherwise check with Chirayu via Narender.
